How do I kill raven camoran at the meeting for the fourth book?

A good way to kill Raven Camoran and the two cultists here is to cast a silence spell on them, stopping them from summoning bound armor and weapons making them fairly easy to kill.

The easiest way to raven (and anybody else) is to make a chameleon suit, this makes you unable to be targeted at all even while attacking (do not mistake for invisibity. By enchanting your armors at an enchanting alter to add up to 100% easiest way to do is the fallowing
1.finish each recommendation quest for each mage guild hall so you can have access to the arcane university and the enchanting alter there.
2. Then get either 5 grand soul gems or just use star of azura (which is a reusable grand soul gem)
3.steal 5 souls the way I prefer to do it is to get my conjuration to 100 so I can summon a xivilai and just steal his soul to fuel my enchantings or just recharging magic items
4.make sure you have a chamelon spell (don't mistake for invisibility) and make sure you can cast it or you wont be able to enchant it
5. Enchant all 5 items each piece with 20% if you use all grand souls and then your set.

You have to act really fast. I'd recommend having something involving paralysis, kill him quickly and help out Baurus so he doesn't die and you can get some skill points from him after the quest.
