MAGICKA MAGICKA
How do you raise your magicka? Mine has been at 300 for a while now and I'm lvl 30, isnt it supposed to go up when I lvl? I maxed out intelligence and now the only way I can increase it is by adding fortify magicka to an armor piece. Help plz

Besides improving your intelligence and fortifying your magicka and intelligence, really the only way to gain more magicka is by choosing the right race and birthsign at the beginning of the game. The high elf and breton get bonuses to their magicka, and the mage birthsign also gives you a bonus.
Also, by completing the final deadric shrine, Hermaeus Mora, you get a book as a reward (when you read it, choose "spirit," which is the magic one) which improves your intelligence and willpower by 10 points, even if they're already at 100.
