Does kvatch ever get rebuilt?? If so, when?

Yes it gets rebuilt in nights of the nine!!!!!

Well, I have about 90 game hours into the game, and I beat the main storyline at 28 game hours, and kvatch still isnt rebuilt. I don't know about the knights of the nini thing, I've beathen that part, I have the divine crusader arm,or, unless there are more parts to the knights of the nine.
