Selling
I am quite new to the game but I have lots to sell, for instance, the Goblem Totem Staff, but I don't know how to sell, I am able to buy things, How do I sell

Press the Left Trigger to switch from the buying menu to the selling menu. Use the Right Trigger to switch back. Don't forget to use the Y button to Haggle to get better prices when buying/selling.
Depending on the level of your Mercantile skill, you may only be able to sell certain items to certain merchants, so you may need to walk around a bit.
If you want to store any items, use the Hollowed-Out Tree Stump in the Market District of the Imperial City, as it's contents doesn't reset after 3 days.

You sell items to the merchants in the game - most merchants will buy the general items. Buying and Selling happen on the same menu.
