Cheating The Shivering Isles
If you Install both Knights of nine and Shivering Isles than you can't copy items, my question is, what happens if you only install the shivering isles? Will you be able to cheat?

I installed both and I can still duplicate everything that can be.

Well when I installed both I couldn't duplicate anymore. The answer to your question is no, because you still have to update it.

You can't duplicate with arrows anymore but you can duplicate using the scroll duplication trick. Go to a scoll that you have more than one of, select it, then drop the item you want to duplicate.
