I'm pretty sure No. To cure Vampirism you simple do a quest, there's no added difficulty (well, maybe leveled stuff, but that comes either way).

deoraven answered:

The disease will not be harder to cure, after 3 days of contracting the disease you are a vampire, and if you remain a vampire for 100 game days feeding 100 times the disease will need the same cure. However there are 4 stages of vampirism (25,50,75,100) check you status in your game menu. "Waiting" or sleeping often triggers the next stage in vampirism, each stage your stats increase (at 25 you get a +5 bonus at 100 you get +20 bonus) and you should receive a new vampire power. Another way to trigger that is to never feed after a few days you will be a full blown vampire, you will get chased by guards and civilians wanting to kill you , shop keepers will NOT to business with you and if you dare go out during the day you'll be lucky just to make it to the other side of the street before burning to death, simply feed again to return back to 25 even if you were a 100 vampire. The only hard thing about curing vampirism after several game months of feeding and being a vampire is that you might not want to anymore, being accustomed to the darkness and shadows....
