grey fox mission
On the mission where you have to retrieve an arrow, where do you find the guy with the key? I don't know where to go. I found the door, but it says it's locked.

Hard to tell where you are at....You need to find an underwater passage to the wizard's tower. If you enter the grotto and the lair then to door you speak of has in fact NO key for it. The passage is underwater you WILL need the water breathing ability or a few potions of the sea (more than one for sure). It is hard to be precise so you will probably need to search for the way yourself but if you reach the GIANT slaughterfish you have gone TOO deep. GOOD LUCK

This actually took me a while to figure out. But when you finish it you'll be perturbed that you did not see it. You do need water breathing potions or spells or the ring from the fish killing quest outside of Imperial City.
When you enter the grotto, take the path on the left. You eventually come to an area where the floor drops out and it becomes a pool. You can go through this and out the other end, but you cannot get out. There is no key to that doorway either. The pool is the key. If you go straight down and go through a little opening on the floor, you will end up in the middle of in the middle of the lake adjacent to the city you are in. The path around the locked door is way higher than that. It is a few feet below the water line on the left side. There is a hole in the wall that you go through. The rest comes as it does.

It's a hole to the left. If you're at the ditch w/ the giant slaughterfish, you're in too deep.
