Where do you find full suits of Elven Glass and Mithril and Ebony Orcish And Dwarven becuase I can't find any of those sets
P.S.
if there is any wepons to go along with them let me know.

You have to be a certain level to find them. You can get all of them at level 20. There are weapons for all of them except mithril.

You have to be above a certain level to get them. You will find on bandits throughout the game.

I found dwarven armor when I was like level 4 or 5 and a dwarven claymore but you have to be a specific level to get them in stores.
