I must seem like a total noob but I recently bought a oblivion guide and it metions easter eggs several times in it. It says like- in this cave:total easter egg. Maby it's just a creative name for loot but still please answer, thank you in advance.
Also if you know of any books in-game that give you info on the ayleids please tell me and give name of book,where to find it. Thanks.

Easter eggs are special references or "treats" in the game like a character from morrowind showing up or a item from the morrowind game showing up
Easter eggs can also be anomalies for example under the bridge near the river panther there is a troll in the water if you search him you will find a note the note says that he's commited suicide that's an easter egg. Also there is giant nirnroots giant mudcrabs giant slaughterfishes even giant goblins as easter eggs. Also on youtube you will find A LOT or easter eggs.
Easter eggs are treats the Easter bunny hides for good little kids.(ROFL!)No they are hidden and funny things.Examples are Out of proportion objects,references to culture,strange or abnormal enemies, or just funny scenes or objects.
