I heard you have to talk to all the beggers and there is 19 of them I killed 1 of them what will happen can I still get training from her

It depends. If you killed one during the quest then no she will not train you. It is safe to kill all but one before the quest to make it easier on you. Just make sure you can cough up the cash to get back into the theives guild if you are a member.
