Lightweight, Baby!!

Im sick of my armour taking up most of my encumbrance and I want to place feather on it, but Ive never cast a feather spell so it's unavailable in the list of effects

Where can I find a really low level feather spell that can be cast on Alteration level of about 10 with about 70 magicka?

Or even a scroll

Thers a better thing then use spells.
Do all mages guild recommendations.
After that enter the arcane university in imperial city.
There in the corner of the arcane un nvm
Is a place where you can enchant you're armour/weps
Get some gems I recommand grand then use it there

P.s. You need a feather spell high enough. But it will do with novice spell
Just check chapels and mages guild houses in every town

This is a great
I used it to my armour and got 100% in cloaking.

Do you wanna carry every single item in the game? Well I have a way! After you find a feather spell from a chapel go to a enchanting alter(arch mage or frostcarg spire) and get a unenchanted ring and a grand soul gem with grand lvl. Enchnat the ring with feather or strength(i prefer strength). Then use the dupe trick(if you have the patch do another question and ill tell you how to dupe with it) pick up two. Equip one and then use the dupe trick on the one your NOT EQUIPPING! It should drop both. But if you look on the ctive spell page the enchant is still on you!!!!!!!! Do this multiple until the desired lvl.
