How do you cure vampirism without having to do the quest for a cure mission?

You can't you have to do the quest talk to ramnios polios at the arcane univ. He will tell you to go talk to the count of skinrad he will send to a wich and she will send you all over cyridol looking for ingredients.
I think the ingredients are 5 grand soul gems 5 cloves of garlic 5 nightshade
2 bloodgrass you can only get the bloodgrass from a plain of oblivion
And the dust of a great vampire I think that is it

Use a cure disease potion or spell or pray at an altar in a chapel(i don't think it will work if you're a full vampire)

You can't.
You have to do the quest to cure it.
To start the quest just pray at an altar.
Then talk to a priest and he will give it to you.

There is no other way then to do the quest, however if you arent a full blownd vampire then just a cure dissease or the chapels
BUT if you do the quest you can become ANTJHISER rich...
When the quest is finished the count of skingrad will reward you for helping him...
He will reward you 1k then you can ask him again and then he gives 1 k then again then again ..... Do this and you will be the richest in Cyrodil xD

You can't cure vampirism without doing the quest. It's either do the quest or be stuck with the disease, sorry.
