I parked a hot road in chapter 15 ,but after I finished the level it vanished

The only sure and certain method for saving cars is to park them in your garage and NOT use them on missions. The reason the car you park before starting the mission is gone is due to the fact that it is not scripted in the end of the mission when the world is reset to match the results of the mission.
