Find snipper

I need 2 find snipper on level 3 or 4 it's telling me bhind the utilty unit can't find it plz could you help thanks

The sniper is in the window but beware as he will often use a helmet to draw your fire so he can locate you. Basically he puts the helmet on the end of his rifle and pokes it up so you shoot it.
