Just talk to someone in the Citadel that can offer you power armor training. Usually almost anyone in there can, but I talked to Gunny and got the training. You'll probably have to follow the story for that.

Well, you can earn all of the achievements. You can also make your character a complete bonafide badass. You can also explore all of the caves and dungeons, slay dragons, make money, own a couple of houses, kill everyone for no apparent reason, slay the entire imperial/stormcloak army because you're bored and tired of their quotes. Use your imagination.

You need to survive an attack that would otherwise kill you. You can simply tag someone with a grenade while they are down and then pick them up. Just do that ten times.
