Press on the party boat and take a sim to another neighbourhood. Have your sim enter a park and If I remember rightly you click on the sim itself to initiate the tai chi option.

Yeah I got stuck on this too.

Go to your neighbours town, find a house with a design studio and click design fashion or clothes. It will give you an option.

Hopefully you will have a neighbour with a fashion studio in his or her home. If not go to Sims freeplay
Here on supercheats and see add your name to look for new neighbours.

If I remember rightly you have to complete the quests before them to be able to access them and complete them.
There are also some that open when you pass a certain level or a life goal.

You need to insert the 2nd disc. This game has 3 discs if I remember rightly if it's because you have downloaded it then theres you problem.

Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels of the Starry Skies | Nintendo DS

Well I did them in the wrong order. If you have done them in the right order then the 6th is in Batsberg and the last in an Academy. You need to go in your ship from Gleeba or the coast of where Batsburg is and go east (keeping on the same continent) to where it gets snowy. (Hermany I think you will land at) and follow the path north from there.

You still have plenty to go so enjoy it!!

You wont be able to gain the opportunity to unlock ranger until you reach the entrance of the Height of Loneliness as part of the game.

There you will be offered a quest to complete. If you complete the quest you will have unlocked Ranger.
