Ok, I got Pokemon Diamond & Pearl rom, I was wondering how to get the Action Replay codes to work on the DeSume 0.9.7 x86 emulator to work for all the Pokemon games?

Ok, my Platinum version has a glitch in it. I used an action replay code to rebattle some legendaries in the game, and now my game won't allow me to battle Heatran because galactic members are blocking the way, how can I get rid of the glitch?
