Cybertron’s former glory shall be resurrected, yet again, in the game Transformers: Forged to Fight. As you begin the game, the Earth Defense Command has just volunteered some of its best crew to accompany Optimus Prime on a mission to test out what they believe is a possible way to restore life in Cybertron. Thus, began the mission to venture in outer space.

On their way to Eshems Nebula, though, the group ran into a spatial warp field -- causing the ark (their ship) to run off-course and get sucked, and then directed towards an unknown territory that even the Cybertronian AI database (Teletraan) couldn't figure out nor locate.

As a result, a crash landing was inevitable. So the Ark smashed into an unknown planet (New Quintessa). Given the unfortunate event, the team will now have to scour this alien planet for Resources to repair the Ark. Searching for the said resources was the plan -- until they came face to face with something more dangerous than they expected.

During the first encounter, it would seem that the Decepticons have simply caught up with the bunch and are solely driven by their personal interests. Later on in the game, the group will find out that these bots of Cybertronian origin (that seem to crawl out of nowhere and infest the unknown territory) are dragged from varied parallels of the universe, and are somewhat infused and corrupted by the power of Dark Energon.

Given the predicament, Optimus Prime is left without a choice but to use the remainder of Energon they had to activate the ark’s space bridge and call out for reinforcements. Unknown to them, however, is that the space bridge is also affected by the anomalies present in the planet, recruiting at a random, from both the Autobots and the Decepticons group. Figuring that only humans are the only ones not corrupted by the anomalies, Optimus Prime entrusts to you (now the commander) the Matrix of Leadership.

You’re task is mainly to secure the remains of the Ark, scour the unknown territory for Resources, and gather as many and as powerful allies by using the Energon to recruit them. You will also have to upgrade them throughout the process, unveil the secrets of the planet, and gain back control of the situation. Now thrown in this unfortunate crisis, the stage is set for you to lead the team to victory!
