Ghost Recon Breakpoint Health Guide

Ghost Recon Breakpoint Healing Guide

It is inevitable that at some point during the game your character will pick up damage and be injured. Most times getting hurt in Ghost Recon Breakpoint will be superficial but there will be instances where the damage is a little more servere and will need to be attended to. This Health Guide will tell you everything you need to know about recovering from injuries.

In Ghost Recon Breakpoint you begin with three segments on your health bar. If you are playing PVE mode these will replenish after a short amount of time if your character sustains damage. If you are playing PVP your health will not automatically regenerate over time. If you sustain a lot of damage at once in this mode you will risk sustaining an injury which will cap your health at two bars for a minor injury and severe injury, or one bar for a critical injury. If your character picks up a severe or critical injury their movement speed will slow down and they will run out of stamina quicker.

Regardless if it is a minor or major injury you will still need to use healing items such as the syringe or health kit to recover from the damage. The syringe will heal you straight away while the process for the health kit can take a little while as you need to wait for the animation for healing to complete. Syringes can be found scattered around built-up areas, they can also be crafted from any bivouac if you have the required ingredient which will be one medicinal plant.

Stamina works in a similar way but is easier to manage. When you are running low on stamina the bar will be coloured red, to restore that red coloured section to a usable part of the stamina bar you need to take out your water can from your inventory and drink from it. You can drink from the water can three times before you run out of water, it can however be topped up whenever you find a clean water source.

Below are all the recipes for the Ghost Recon Breakpoint healing items.

Drone Medic

You will be able to heal in Ghost Recon Breakpoint if you specialise in the medic class and your ability bar is full. If you meet these requirements you will be able to send a drone medic over to a fallen teammate or yourself and be revived with a charge.
