What are Raid Bosses

Raid Bosses or Death Matches as they are sometimes referred to are first unlocked in The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross when you have completed Chapter 5. Raid Bosses are important because the drops they give will help you limit break your characters. When you compete against a Raid Boss you have the option of either inviting a friend or being matched up with a random player. Unlike regular battles, there will be 6 characters fighting on your side. Each player will have 3 characters plus a substitute. During your turn, both players act at the same time. The order of actions is determined by the speed at which they are selected. The only way you can communicate with your ally is through basic text emotes. Due to their multiple lives these demons are not easy to defeat. The most useful characters against Raid Bosses are ones with CC (crowd control) and those that can buff allies.

How to Find the Raid Boss

In order to get Raid Bosses to appear in The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross you must participate in boss battle stages. Each chapter in the game will have its own corruption bar that fills up everytime you complete a stage. The higher the bar, the greater the chance a Raid Boss will appear in that town. Once a Raid Boss appears you’ll have 60 minutes to defeat it at whatever difficulty you set. If you manage to defeat the Raid Boss you will get a discount buff for the town that you saved. Donations will also give you a 20% discount buff and is stackable with the saving the town buff. This will give you a 40% discount on that town’s shop where you will be able to buy items such as Chalices from the food vendor and special weapon skins from the special vendor that appears once a day.

Red Demon

This demaon is unlocked after completing Chapter 5 of the main story.

• Weak to: Humans

• Strong Against: Fairy

• Immune to CC: No

Grey Demon

This demon is unlocked after completing Chapter 6 of the main story

• Attribute: Speed

• Weak to: Fairy

• Strong Against: Giant

• Immune to CC: Yes

Crimson Demon

This demon is unlocked after completing Chapter 7 of the main story.

• Attribute: Speed

• Weak to: Demon

• Strong Against: Goddess

• Immune to CC: Yes
