Once you're in control, follow the tunnel then open the door. Next, open the grate to reach the catacombs. Take out the two guards then proceed to the next hall, where more guards are waiting. If possible, try to thin out their numbers while you're in the corridor before moving behind cover. After clearing the room, continue to through the doorway.
There will be a split path. Take the one to the left to find a chest at the dead end. Open it to get another phonograph. (The Anarchist 29.11.86) Continue along the main path and you'll be ambushed before you get to the stairs. Take out the guards. There's an ammo box to the left if you need to replenish. Continue forth and you'll find weapons, grenades and another ammo box conveniently available along the way. After arming yourself, head through the door.
This room is swarming with guards so an automatic rifle will help you a lot in suppressing fire. Make sure to use your grenade to take out multiple enemies. Beware of the stronger enemies like the armored shotgun specialists, thermite gun users, and detonator users. The enemies will be aggressive and will most likely flank you all the time. It's possible to fall back to the armory so you can funnel all enemies in one entrance. If you're having a hard time dealing with the armored shotgun specialist, fall back to the tunnel and activate Blacksight once he appears. The quicker you kill the enemies, the faster your chances of survival increases. Also, even if the coast is clear, don't go to the next doorway immediately. For some reason, either by design or glitch, there's always an armored detonator user waiting to ambush you here. Clear him out using explosives.
Once done, find the stairs heading to the next area. Once you reach a large corridor, expect an army of guards to swarm as soon as you step in. Like before, they'll be aggressive and will flank you often. Stay near the tunnel so you have a safe spot to fall back to in case you get overrun.
After clearing the area, continue forth without any resistance. Destroy the wooden planks blocking your path then climb up to the ledge above. Short circuit the electric door ahead to trigger a cutscene. The chapter ends and immediately jumps to the next one.
