Full Review for Resident Evil 4 by smoke_is_dead

Introduction

Resident Evil 4 is an awesome game for any Playsatation 2 owner. It is a must have game for any action-loving people. It has a good plot, and the environments are amazing. Even if it was three-hundred dollars, it would still be worth it, because it's just that good.

Graphics

The graphics are absolutely stunning, and amazing. Leon's hair actually moves when he walks, and his jacket sways in the wind. Ashley's hair and skirt sway as well, and the both look like they're real people. The villagers have great detail, including buttons, zippers, and hats.

Sound

The sound is very cool. The guns make it sound like a real gun was actually fired nearby. The sound of stun-rods, maces clanking, and especially, the chainsaw. The entire point of the chainsaw enemy is to let you hear an enemy, but not see him, therefore, you know he's there, but what you don't know is where.

Gameplay

The gameplay is awesome, with the option to do many actions, such as jump out windows, knock down ladders, push cabinets in front of doors, and many other actions. You can dodge enemy attacks by pressing buttons that appear on the screen. It has a very good plot, and is again, awesome.

Lastability

Once you finish the game, you won't get bored with it. You unlock 3 nmini-games. One is Assignment Ada, where you play as Ada, (obviously) Seperate Ways, which you play as Ada again, and it shows you what she was doing while Leon was doing his thing, and last but not least, the is the game called Mercenaries, where you can play as 5 characters, on 4 levels.

Overall

An awesome game, a perfect 10, action packed, a must buy. If you own a Playstation 2 you absolutely HAVE to get this game, no matter what the rating. Even if it was rated AO for some reason, you should still get it (No, it's not rated AO) I love this game, and I can almost guarentee that you will too.
