Mega Man Legends PSP Cheats and Tips

1. Talk to the construction worker in city hall he'll let you borrow all sorts of tools. Also he throws one out and you have to pull it out of a garbage can.
2. Weapons Plans- Somewhere in sub-ruins (just explore EVERYWHERE).
X-Buster- You get this from Jim and his gang.
Prism Crystal- Get at the museum from one girl (you may have to donate a lot of items to the museum first).

Yes. ALL items are used for something x buster I think is used to make the shining laser, everything else I forget what they're for. I even have all the weapons too.

An easy but long way is to fill out ALL the little spaces in every ruin and sub-gate. Then go to roll even look close at the ground and you'll see something like a beetle eventually you'll get stuff from jim, osh, & Bensely.

If you have the yellow refractor then go to uptown, then wily's boat shop
Talk to the repairmen and you'll get a chance to call roll and she'll fix it up and prepare for a giant ocean water battle and bad news

The only part for the drill arm is the blunted drill. You get it by going somewhere in the main gate.
