Are the "X BUSTER" the "BROKEN CIRCUITS" and "WEAPON PLANS" used to make anything??

Yes. ALL items are used for something x buster I think is used to make the shining laser, everything else I forget what they're for. I even have all the weapons too.

An easy but long way is to fill out ALL the little spaces in every ruin and sub-gate. Then go to roll even look close at the ground and you'll see something like a beetle eventually you'll get stuff from jim, osh, & Bensely.

I'm stuck. I lust got the yellow refractor thing and I don't know what to do next, and it's really starting to annoy m..

If you have the yellow refractor then go to uptown, then wily's boat shop
Talk to the repairmen and you'll get a chance to call roll and she'll fix it up and prepare for a giant ocean water battle and bad news
YOU'VE ONLY HALF FINISHED THE GAME!!!

P.S. The boat salesman Wily? Like Wily from the original megaman NES game series?

Where do you find the drill arm?

The only part for the drill arm is the blunted drill. You get it by going somewhere in the main gate.

What is the sewer for?

There's a hole in there somewhere find it and press circle and you'll go to a ruin area.

What do you do after you beat Megaman Juno?

It's too simple. You end up in Cardon Forest, right? So, all you have to do is talk to Roll, and she'll ask you if you already said bye-bye to everyone in town. Say yes, and voila! You just beat the darn game!
