How do I fly in Pokemon Sword/Shield?

Are you talking about the Fly TM? If so, then play through the first three badges, then after you have the third one go to Stow-on-Side.
Once at Stow-on-Side go up the staircase and defeat Hop in a battle. Then speak with Opal and she'll give you Bea's card.
Now head to the building on the left and find the guy who is cooking, speak to him, and he'll give you TM 06 (Fly).
