Introduction

Pokemon Soul Silver is the latest Pokemon game in the DS, along with Heart Gold and except for Black and White, and the game is situated in the Johto Region. The player starts out in New Bark Town in Johto where he, or in my case, she begins her Pokemon Journey. Pokemon Soul Silver is a remake of Pokemon Silver for the Game Boy Color but with it's great graphics and sounds, it sure is the more impressive than the original. Plus, with the Pokewalker, playing Pokemon Soul Silver is really an imaginable experience.

Graphics

I SO loved the graphics! I picked out a Chikorita, and I really love to see it trailing behind me. The battles are super awesome too! The Sprites have not changed, but the battle graphics have surely improved. Even the winds in New Bark Town can be clearly seen! I love the character too, Lyra, even though I didn't like her clothes much.

Sound

I also adored the sounds. I like the Hoenn sound from the Pokegear's radio. The sounds have changed a lot from the previous games, but they still make me reminisce about the other games. Even the battle sounds are nice! I like listening to them, they aren't really tiring.

Gameplay

I MISSED PLAYING POKEMON SILVER! I have other Pokemon games(I have at least one game in every generation) but the game play still hasn't bored me! It still is so nice to play. Plus there is a new storyline. Pokemon never fails to excite me! There are twists and turns in the game, something I really enjoy.

Lastability

This game could last forever! Players can collect 16 badges all over Kanto and Johto!!! Isn't that amazing?! Longer games mean more challenges, more thrills, more battles: MORE FUN! It means that w2e can spend more time with our Pokemon. The game lasts really long!!! Longer than most games.

Overall

AWWWW!!! I love this game SO MUCH! It's my favorite DS game ever! Pokemon Soul Silver is not only fun, exciting, and awesome, it also makles me exercise everyday! Because of the pokewalker I mean. Everyday, IU get at least a thousand watts from walking! It really is so fun, you will never get bored of this game.
