Why when I go to create a move set are there gaps(???) in the li

I was just wondering whenever I go to the moves list there are question marks where some moves should be?

Yes, those are there because you have not yet bought the correct moveset from the WWE shop. Once you get enough money, head to the WWE shop and buy a move set. When you go look on the characters move list, you will see more moves are available.

You must buy the move sets from the WWE Shop in the game.
