Help me
How do you stop guards chasing you? I killed two guards and stole a horse , now every time I go near one they try take me to jail. Please help me because I can't go to any cities

Like Riku994 said pay it off. Or join the Theives Guild and pay it off for half price. OR even finish the Final Heist Quest to get the Mask, which will give you instant fine. But any crimes you commit, will be on the mask. DO not go to jail in the mask. To get the fine away, first get to the wilderness away from the sight of guards, then take the mask off. Voila, no fines!

Just pay your gold and get it over with.. That's the easiest way to get them off you.

Either you keep fighting them or try paying them off if you have enough gold to pay your bounty. You can also just got to jail and serve your time but your attributes get lowered.

If you're on PC look up cheats 4 PC there is a pay off bounty cheat
