Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

HELP!!!
I am in need of help I'm on a thieve guild mission where you have to go to the bravil castle kill fathis aren and then steal thearrow of sothing somthing. There is only one problem I can't find him I've looked everywhere and I mean everywhere can somone please direct me to him?

Is it to find the Arrow of extraction or something like that? Well the way I remember it (if I do remember it) you have to go through a huge Fort until you get to the end, you then have to kill some guys to get a key to get out. Once you get out you kill some deadra (depends one how strong you are and how far you are in the main mission) and people. You go up some stairs and look into a storage room thing and look in all the boxes. Im pretty sure thats how you neat that mission.

You don't really need to kill him. Just get to his room. Get past the labyrinth and get to his work station and steal it from his chest. To escape, picpocket him for keys. Make sure you aren't in Mage Guild or you'll be kicked.
