Weapon Enchanting
I have been trying to do this since I got the knife that heals people for the Museum of oddities in the shivering isles. Is it possible to give a weapon like a bow a positive enchantment like restore magika or health? If so then how?

As far as I know, no. I have multiple heal spells, and none of them have ever showed up on the enchant weapons screen.
