After you Prestige for the first time you lose all of your unlocks. That includes guns, secondaries,equipment grenades, special grenades perks,death streaks, and strike package unlocks. Also all of the challenges you have completed will be reset and you will have to complete them again. Although you do gain a prestige token which can be used in the prestige shop.
