You sprint to the chopper press the up on the controll pad and press down when it appears on the screen

hold the jump key

Press and hold left shift button to hold the breath which helps to run faster.......
It will work 100%

In XBOX 360.... To run faster, hold down and push forward hard with the forward movement bottom ... That’s how I caught the helicopter
