You can't It's a one player game (wii), but In World at War you could add a controller to make an extra weapon be able to shoot with you, I'm not sure about MW3 though.

How do u get online on a wii I don't know how to everytime I like go to setting and click on internet it tells me to type in my PIN number and and it's crazy

Try resetting the wii

Sadly you can't the wii was not made for split screen co-op like world at war.
