You can't it's a mod or a custom game. Treyarc aka the creator of the cod black ops saga are the ones who implement zombies besides AW. Infinity ward makes the modern warfare saga. The only modes are survival,missions and classic multiplayer modes

I'm pretty sure there will be a zombie option in this game, but not 100% as this game hasn't come out yet. If you have any questions after the game comes out feel free to come back here to SuperCheats and ask.

EDIT: There is no Zombie mode, however on the Game's Menu, if you go to Special Ops you will be able to select Special Ops Missions or Survival Mode, but there isn't a Zombie mode.

There Is a ZOMBIE mode idiots. You have to unlock it
Ply survival mode kill 250 guys and you have zombie

There is NO zombies portion for COD: MW3. The Modern Warfare franchise is made by a separate company then the Black Ops franchise. Activision makes the Modern Warfares and Treyarch makes the Black Ops. As a response to the Zombie's game mode in Black Ops, MW3 has a game mode known as Survival. In Survival, you survive wave after wave of incoming forces. Starting with a basic pistol you can buy new guns, perks, and other goodies. (Sound Familiar?)

I was playing zombie mode level 13 and zombies stop coming I had to restart the game. Does anybody know why? And how to fix it?

Advanced warfare is part of the modern warfare series and that has zombies dlc so I do t see why they don't add zombies to modern warfare as dlc
