Really all I can say is fire more accurately, use bursts to control the recoil of the weapon and maybe lower the levels difficulty.

Shoot accurately, make sure your bullets hit your target, and proceed carefully.

Dont shoot anyone unless your spotted and you should then be fine if anyone spots you just get killed and start from where you messed up
