Once you finish all of the goals, finish your career, or is living in the mansion.
You start over by starting a new career...
It kinda sucks becaue you hav to move out of the mansion inorder to get promoted...

Well It's mainly getting to level 10 on all careers and when everything is done you get a little fountain and a gnome, that resembles the job you got promoted in, all of them.
You will also see a video of every career and malcom being beast up in it.
