I saw in a trailer on Youtube that Scorpion, Rhino and Kingpin come out.I beat all the missions, I defeated all the gangs and it doesnt take me to them.How do you get to them?

Rhino, Kingpin, Scorpion are exclusive to the PC, PlayStation 3 & Xbox 360 versions of the game.
The fact that they were on Youtube leads me to believe that it might have been a fake trailer. Sorry.
