Hey can any one tell me if I can take razor's first car.Thank you in advance

I take it you mean one of the cars in the introduction part of the game. The answer is you can't take either (he drives a Mercedes the first time you race him [when you take over from halfway through the race] and then a Ford Mustang GT [when you really race him])

No it is not possible to get his black Ford Mustang GT with flame vinyls and Razor's initials. But there are hacks of the game, and in such save files, you can find the Mustang. I have one such save file with the name "John" which my friend got from the internet, in which there is an exact copy of Razor's Mustang.
