I've just looked everywhere for the Ranger mission event codes and can't seem to find any. From what I can tell is no one has made any codes to get the events. I had this same problem with the last two Pokemon Ranger games myself. No one seems to make event codes for these games. Sorry I couldn't find you the codes you wanted, but from what I can tell none exist.
