Added:
Samurott is the Water type starter for Unova. He has good Sp. Atk, Attack and HP and reasonable other stats. He learns moves such as Razor Shell, Retaliate and Hydro Pump.
My recommended moveset:
Surf
Megahorn
Ice Beam
Retaliate
