These Static Kings are Lv.100, Shiny, Male (with the Exception of Raikou), First Class, Caught in a Regular Poke Ball, Maxed LEGAL Evs and Ivs, Maxed LEGAL Contest Stats, Item: Sitrus Berry, and the Following "Shocking" Moves:

Manectric
