Hi it's zeroxxyyzz, some people are saying you need a special shaymin in a cherish ball to get a gracidea flower, you dont! You can use the regular level 30 shaymin you get from the event item oaks letter, I caught the shaymin talked to the blond girl in floarmo town with that level 30 shaymin in my team and she gave me a gracidea flower XD heres the code for oaks letter
