Okay, first make sure you have four stupid Pokemon in your slots and leave the other two empty. Press L+R and you will have all four of deoxys' forms with these moves:

Deoxys(speed form):Recover, Draco Meteor, Shadow Force, and Sky Uppercut

Deoxys(attack form):Magma Storm, Recover, Skull Bash, and Outrage
