World 05 - Future Labs

World 5-1

This has got to be one of the largest areas in the game so far. You'll have a lot of room to move around here so dodging enemy attacks should be easier. There's a special weapons box by the wall farthest to the right, and in the doorway directly left of it is a Secret Exit (1/4). There are four humans to be rescued here by the way.

Secret Level 1

This floor has four humans plus a Secret Human (1/5) hidden away by the center of the left wall. Clear the hostiles away and continue north. You'll find a Beacon (1/3) behind the pillar in the middle of the area as well.

World 5-2

Nothing much here. Three humans, no collectibles and a few enemies. There's an SP weapon box to the right of the area though.

World 5-3

This is another massive area with four humans to save. A Visitor (1/6) will come in from the top along the eastern section of the level. Wait on the edge of the main platform to destroy it quickly. There's also a free Multiplier inside the black crate in the northeast corner.

World 5-4

In addition to the four wandering humans, there is a Secret Human (2/5) trapped inside the pile of yellow boxes at the middle-right section of the level. Grab the contents of the SP weapon box in the northeast corner as well if you want.

World 5-5

Small area here. Stand on the southwest edge of the platform and fire southward to hit and destroy the Visitor (2/6). Go to the northmost section of the level next and shoot the wall on the right to find a Secret Exit (2/4). Save the five humans and defeat all the enemies to complete the level.

Secret Level 2

This is another simple level. Just three humans, no collectibles and not a lot of hostiles.

World 5-6

A Beacon (2/3) stands by the wall in the northeast corner. Grab the four humans and defeat all the enemies to complete the level.

World 5-7

As soon as you arrive on this floor, shoot the yellow boxes to your right to rescue the Secret Human (3/5). A Visitor (3/6) will also emerge from the portal on the left. Snag the remaining trio of wandering humans before clearing all the enemies.

World 5-8

Another Visitor (4/6) will come in from the top of the area across from the main platform. Stand on the edge and shoot upwards to kill it. Also directly to the right of where the visitor emerged is a Secret Exit (3/4).

Secret Level 3

One more Visitor (5/6) will come in from the northeast corner. Wait there as soon as you arrive and destroy it. An SP weapon box is in the northeast corner as well. Rescue the five humans here and complete the level.

World 5-9

Four humans to save. The final Beacon (3/3) for the world stands in the southwest corner. Finish the stage once you have everything.

World 5-10

Here we have four humans waiting to be rescued and no other collectibles. There is a massive swarm that will come at you as soon as you reach the upper section, after making it past the big laser trap. Use your secondary weapon to clear most of the enemies then finish off whatever remains.

World 5-11

The final Visitor (6/6) for the world will come in from the southwest away from the main platform. Take the north path next, shooting as you go to find another Secret Human (4/5).

World 5-12

This floor can get quite hectic with a rather large number of aliens ready to attack. Plus there are lasers surrounding the edges of the main platform, so you'll need to destroy the cannons to disable them. There's also a Secret Exit (4/4) to the north, near the center of the area. Five wandering humans are waiting to be saved on this level by the way.

Secret Level 4

Small area with no collectibles and three humans. There is quite a swarm waiting here though. Clear them quickly with your secondary weapon.

Secret Level 5

Secret Level 6

Small area with no collectibles and three humans. There is quite a swarm waiting here though. Clear them quickly with your secondary weapon.

World 5-13

There are five humans here along with a decent amount of resistance. The last Secret Human (5/5) for this world is trapped inside the yellow boxes to the north, next to the laser cannons. Defeat all the enemies once you've collected everything to finish the level.

World 5-14

Grab the two humans and defeat the aliens to finish up quickly.

World 5-15

This is the boss floor now. With the Architect protected with a massive force field, that you must fire at for a certain amount of time to bring down. While the boss itself does not have much of anything weapon-wise, it does have minions protecting it. These are mostly in the form of laser cannons that shoot beams in a moving X pattern. Stand in the gaps between the lasers and keep shooting the boss until the shield comes down.

Continue firing until its health drops to certain point and the shield will be restored. Do the same thing again in the second phase. And once you reach phase 3, the boss will not have the shield anymore, and will start firing skull projectiles instead. Keep shooting until you defeat the Architect. Also don't forget to grab the three humans.
