Marvel's Midnight Suns Beginner Tips and Tricks

Listed below are several Beginner Tips and Tricks which will help you in Marvel's Midnight Suns.

Always Research

It is important in Marvel's Midnight Suns that you continually research as doing so will enable you to gain upgrades on abilities and unlock moves. During the missions you should work towards meeting the research requirements, which tend to involve finding artifacts as completing each research requirement will increase your research level and allow you to gain new upgrades and moves that will give you advantages in combat.

Explore the Abbey Grounds

The Abbey is the home of the Midnight Suns and you should spend at least a day exploring the massive grounds as there is a lot to discover. Inside the Abbey itself you will find the forge, the yard, and the mirror table while searching outside in the grounds will enable you to find arcane chests that contain valuable items like accessories and battle reinforcements. It will also give you the opportunity to uncover mysteries that unlock more content.

Increase your Friendship Levels

Keep in mind that there is a mechanic in Marvel's Midnight Suns that tracks your interactions with individual heroes and gives you a friendship score. Basically, raising your friendship score will unlock more cosmetics, passive abilities for your teammates, and more unique situations within The Abbey. Make sure you make time and space for everyone and not just your personal favorite characters.

Pet the Animals

Make sure you search the Abbey grounds daily for Charlie the dog and Ebony the cat as interacting with these animals will grant you different rewards. Petting Charlie will allow you to level up your friendship with her daily which upgrades her ability. Finding Ebony is more difficult but when you do so and you pet her she will provide random rewards such as leveling up your heroes, healing all of your injured heroes, or boosting a stat on the Hunter.

Complete Daily Chores

Before you embark on a new mission it is important that you first complete your daily chores. These include talking and sparring with your teammates, finding out if there are any new requests by checking for messages on Superlink, and crafting new and improved cards at the Forge. It is important that you remember to do these tasks during the day after you finish a mission as you can't interact with the Yard, the Forge, or C.E.N.T.R.A.L. at night.

Make use of Agatha's Cauldron in the Library

Eventually as you progress through the game you will unlock a crafting forge which is known as Agatha's Cauldron. It is here that you will be able to forge the essence that you need when you are unable to find it around the Abbey. At the Forge you will also be able to craft gifts in order to build friendships with your teammates.

Strategize Properly

During the missions in Marvel's Midnight Sons you will encounter many villains, and it is crucial that you have the best team in place to combat them. If you are facing them for the first time and want to learn about their passives and status effects you simply have to hover over them. Use this information to plan around their abilities and to take them down efficiently.
