Playing the Daily Blitz Events will reward you with Training Points. Another way is to participate in the 24/7 program that pay out mics which can then be exchanged for Training Points in the Store. You can also tap the 'Item Exchange' tab within the Marketplace to exchange players and some items for Training Points.
