Character Tier List

In total there are 15 character classes in Lost Ark and they are all viable in both PvE and PvP (initially you will only be given a list of seven of them from which to choose from). Choosing a character class is one of the biggest decisions you will make when creating a new character as it will determine the type of playstyle you should focus on and what your strengths and weaknesses in combat will be. Best Character Class

The best character class in Lost Ark is without doubt the Bard which is equally effective in both PvE or PvP content. They have the ability to last long in tough engagements by protecting themselves and their teammates with strong healing abilities and powerful buffs. Even though Bards won't do much actual fighting, their ability to keep others in the fight is incredibly valuable to a team. The downsides of the Bard is their low attack values, they are also not the best option for someone who wants to get the most out of the game's heavy-hitting/satisfying combat mechanics. Listed below are a list of the Bard's attacks.

Oratorio

Play the giant harp and sing with angels, inflicting holy damage in an explosion that decreases foes' crit resistance and attacks against you and your party for a while.

Stigma

Cast a Stigma at the target location. The Stigma attacks foes up to 5 times. As the tempo increases, damage from each attack increases.

Ryhthm Buckshot

Pull the string of the harp to blow up a musical note, inflicting damage and knocking foes away.

Heavenly Tune

Inflict damage on nearby foes and boost attack speed and MP regeneration speed for yourself and nearby party members.

Prelude

Play a powerful tune to call forth a storm that inflicts damage and stuns foes.
