Is there a bug with times for (some) 3-star items?

In my game I have a set of 3-star items to tend to the sims' needs faster. Some ojects work normally, but some others take longer than they should: the 3-star coffee machine takes 20 seconds (just like the 1-star one) instead of the 16 seconds that specified when I select the option, and the gingerbread sink also takes 7 seconds instead of 5, just as any 1-star item. I noticed this by chance because the specified times are correct, but for some time now I've been having problems with the 3-star blue crib as well: it worked fine until I put a 1-star white crib inside the same house and since then the options for the 3-star crib take just as long as the options for the 1-star crib (I.e. Hybernate takes 24 hours instead of 19, and the option is also wrongly written). Since then even if I put two 3-star cribs together, the options stay as if they were only 1-star rated, and this persists also if I delete the babies and add new ones. The issue with times doesn't only make them take longer, it appears for example that the 3-star Ice Man Fridge starts counting down time for "Leftovers" even if the selected sim is far from it and when the countdown reaches zero it just waits for the sim to be in front of it to complete (moreover if I cancel the action the door stays open, but I don't know if it's relevant). I can't tell for how long this has been going on, is it a bug from the newest update?
