I can't download my saved data

I'm level 43 so close to completing valentine quest for the house and my game kept bringing me to the load data screen. I was able to download my game usually to the last time it was saved through fb. Now it will not download my saved data at all. I've contacted monkey what ever it's called and no respond yet. I really don't want to lose all my progress. šŸ˜”šŸ˜”šŸ˜”
