Is it ok for me to delete the app, then re-download it again with the same game?
So what I did was saved my game on sims. Then would it be ok for me to delete the app, then re-download it and then download the saved data? As long as it's logged on with the same facebook and game center I will still have the same game right? Thanks!

Yes. It's possible to have your saved data back .
STEP
1) Upload your save data to the cloud.
2) Delete and re-download the game
3) log in with the same Facebook and Game Center account.
4) Download saved data .
Done!

Yeah you can delete the app and, as long as you have saved your game to the Facebook Cloud you can just recover your saved game with no hoo-hoo involved.
